We are writing to update you regarding your MarTrust E-wallet and prepaid Mastercard®. This service is provided to you by MarTrust in partnership with a company called PFS Card Services Ireland Ltd (PCSIL). We want to inform you that PCSIL have appointed Provisional Liquidators to wind down the operations of PCSIL. We are therefore currently transitioning to a new provider.
We want to ensure that you have the information you need during this transition, we will be working with the Provisional Liquidators of PCSIL:

- We are committed to providing a continued service throughout this transition period and beyond.
- You will continue to be able to access your funds, use your prepaid Mastercard® and send payment transfers during the transition period. We will also continue to process your payroll to your MarTrust E-Wallet as usual and are working with your employers to support you.
- The funds that you hold in your MarTrust E-wallet and prepaid Mastercard® are safeguarded by PCSIL, meaning that for your protection they are kept separate from PCSIL’s own finances.
- Following this transition period, you will gain access to the new and improved MarTrust E-Wallet which we have been building and will be migrating you to. The intended timeline for this migration is no later than July 2024. We will be in touch regularly with further updates on the roll-out.
