Terms & Conditions for MarTrust Crew Referral Program

Start Date: 25 June 2025
End Date: Ongoing until modified, suspended, or terminated by MarTrust. 

By participating in the MarTrust Crew Referral Program (the “Program”), you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. 

  1. Eligibility
    The Program is open exclusively to selected MarTrust Crew Account holders (“Referrers”) who have received a direct invitation via email from MarTrust. Referred individuals (“Referees”) must not currently hold or have previously held a MarTrust Account. 
  2. How to Refer
    Referrers must submit referral(s) using the official Microsoft Form link provided by MarTrust. If the same Referee is submitted by multiple Referrers, the reward will be granted to the first valid submission based on the timestamp of the Microsoft Form (referral form) entry. A successful referral is defined as a Referee who: 

    • Opens a new MarTrust Account (must be a first-time user), and 
    • Receives their first payroll payment via their MarTrust Account. 

    Consent and Permission 

    Referrers must obtain consent from the Referees before submitting their personal details via the referral form. By submitting a referral, Referrers confirm they have received permission from the Referee to share their information with MarTrust solely for the purposes of this Program. 

  3. Rewards
    • Referrers will receive $10 USD for each successful referral. 
    • Referees will also receive $10 USD once they receive their first payroll via MarTrust. 

    All rewards will be reviewed and processed on a monthly basis and credited within 7 working days after review. 

  4. Important Notes
    • This is a pilot program and referrals will be manually tracked. 
    • MarTrust reserves the right to verify all referrals and deny rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these terms. 
  5. Program Modifications
    This Program is available for a limited time only. MarTrust reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.
